My Approach

Relational & Real

I’m a relational therapist, which means I believe that healing happens through authentic connection not just with others, but with ourselves. Our relationship is central to the work we do. I show up as a real person in the therapy room not as an expert with all the answers, but as someone who’s deeply curious about your experience and fully present with you in it. I listen closely, reflect honestly, and offer a steady presence for whatever you bring into the room.

Compassionate & Collaborative

I approach therapy with compassion and care, but also with a belief that you’re the expert in your own life. My role isn’t to lead or direct it’s to walk beside you, offering perspective, support, and tools that are grounded in research but tailored to you. We’ll go at a pace that feels right, holding space for the hard stuff, celebrating progress, and always centering what matters most to you.

  • Many are nervous for the first session, I know I was my first time in therapy. The first session will just be a chance to get to know you, possible goals, and anything you would like to chat about.

  • My rates are $155 per 50-minute session.

  • This varies depending on your needs; some may find a few sessions beneficial, while others may benefit from it long-term.

  • Currently sessions are only offered virtually for those residing in Ontario.
